Hosting:
Blokes Advice is hosted on Shopify Inc, an e-commerce platform that sells our products to you. Shopify stores your data in their data storage, databases and the general Shopify application on a secure server behind a firewall.
Shopify stores your credit card data if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and the data is stored only for the duration of your purchase transaction and then deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Third parties:
Third party providers used by Blokes Advice will only store your data as necessary to perform the action they are required to do.
However, payment gateway providers and other payment transaction processors have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
